JAKTOOL is accepting applications for Engineering Interns to support hands-on work on our design team for Fall 2026. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining real-world experience contributing to product development and production support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

What You’ll Do (Depending on Team Assignment) 

• Assist with CAD design work, concept development, and design reviews 
• Support prototype fabrication, testing, and evaluation 
• Help maintain product documentation (drawings, specs, assembly instructions) 
• Contribute to research on materials, processes, & industry trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and quality control

What We’re Looking For 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a team-based environment 
• Motivation to learn and take initiative 

Bonus experience (not required): 

• CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) 
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GD&T
